Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Owners are really helpful and nice. Brought my watch in to be fixed and they did an amazing job, and I had it back in no time. I highly recommend you go here for any type of jewelry repairs or to browse their great selection.

I just needed a watch battery. The owner apologized that he had to charge me so much (I think around $7) because he had to put in an ion battery (could be wrong about this description) because it was what my Timex indiglow watch required, because of the glowing part of it. He was nice and I will go back there for batteries or a new watch band.

Stopped in to check out this little local jeweler. Had a mother’s ring created by Jeremy. It was exactly what I wanted and reasonably priced. Went back for a watch battery. Done in five minutes. Now I’m having another ring made. Very satisfied with my experiences. Friendly and professional.

Jerry and Jeremy gave me amazing customer service great work at an honest price fixed a black hills gold ring for me yesterday put a new bell on my son's crucifix and gave me a great deal on a necklace. If you're looking for a jeweler that is honest and displays a great deal of integrity with very good pricing please consider stopping by Madison jewelers at 13 in Hoover just just South is of the old Bella pizza location. For watch repair jewelry repair and new jewelry all at honest pricing and honest people. I will be back 5 stars all the way around.

Went in to get help installing a battery in a Kenneth Cole Smart watch. The man who helped me was extremely patient and helpful didnt give up even when we couldn't figure out why after battery was in watch wouldn't work. He took the extra time to figure out what was wrong and finally got my watch to work. He only wanted to charge me $5 but I said make it $10 for the trouble. Very good service will be coming back here again and recommend then to anyone looking.

I called them to make sure if they cleaned jewelery and they said yes. I went in and meet Jeremy who is one of the kindest, and the coolest people I've met. I gave him my bracelet to get cleaned and a link removed. He charged a very reasonable price for everything done today and I will most definitely be a returning customer. Great shop!

Love going here for all my jewelry needs. Jeremy cleaned up my wedding ring beautifully it’s sparkling again and he also saudered my ring and band together and did a great job! Highly recommended this place.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands here. We couldn’t be happier!
